| SUPERMAN II - RECONSTRUCTED SPECULATION [Page 3] |
SCENES 268 - 274
The fox hunting sequence.
This sequence, set in the English countryside, probably wasn't shot. If
they need a new bridging segment here, it could be possibly be filled
by the deleted Concorde sequence from Superman The Movie.

Then follow this with an establishing shot of Metropolis, and a new composite
shot of Superman flying across the city, past skyscrapers, etc. Ending
with a shot of Superman flying down to the sidewalk, which could then
segue into the existing Metropolis opening sequence.

Alternatively, the film could start with the filmed Metropolis sequence
of a multi-coloured blur swooping into the back of the taxi cab, and Clark
Kent emerging from the back door, and entering the Daily Planet.
