The base set features 100 personalities that embody the wide scope of American entertainment, politics, sports and pop-culture including: Kidder, Audrey Hepburn, Burt Reynolds, Martina Navratilova, Henry Winkler, Carrie Fisher, Marlon Brando, Jerry Lewis, Billy Dee Williams, Larry Bird, plus former President George W. Bush and First Lady Barbara Bush – the first time a former President and First Lady were ever included in trading card set.

Each of the 100 cards is also presented in five different parallel sets: Century Silver (# to 50); Century Gold (# to 25); Century Platinum (# to 1); Century Gold Signatures featuring an autograph (# to 200 or less); and Century Signature Materials featuring a swatch of personally-worn material and a signature (# to 50 or less).
