SUPERMAN II - What did Donner shoot?

The purpose of this article is to figure out what Donner and the 2nd units actually shot for the sequel in 1977 but was never used by Dick Lester in 79/80. Without daily logs to look through at this time, I've used a variety of sources to piece together this interesting, and unfortunately, frustrating article.

I've mentioned the scenes, which we know as fact, were not shot for contextual reasons. There are some scenes, which I'm unsure if they were committed to celluloid. There's some speculation, but tried my best to be as accurate as possible.
